Also he's saying that inspection comes in in a regular basis, but the women say that they never saw them. Amazing how society doesn't give a fuck and animals are brutally treated every day. Trust me, I live in Serbia and am facing animal abuse on a daily basis (starting from my neiborhood) and there's no one we can talk to to actually stop that and punish them.

@mascaraeyes89 you´re not Serbian, are you? That´s so bad. I haven´t ever seen somebody treating an animal bad, and I don´t ever want to... Did you hear about this man, who wanted to help a street dog, who was hit by a dog-owner, who walked his dogs. He was drunk and this other guy heared the dog screaming out on the street. He came out of the house and the drunk man killed him with a piece of glass... That was in Brasov, Romania. Isn´t there anybody who could help...

This is a footage of a dog shelter in a town in Serbia. As you can see the dogs are not treated not near how they should be, they are eating each other because they are obviously not fed, the mothers eat their babies and those two women are trying to explain what's going on. The man talking at 3:32 is a member of city hall, he's in charge of ecology and he's defending the "shelter" and he's saying that's just a temporary solution until they chip the dogs.

This is crazy. Isn´t there anything what we could do??? It´s good, that this is on youtube, because it might open people´s eyes... I hope. Here in Germany we know about animal abuse in lots of Countries, but in Serbia.. I didn´t know..

Well, we all need more information to help... maybe we could start a petition or something as a first step...

@geislein65 Yes I am from Serbia, trust me its horrible how animals are treated here. Just few months ago (you might have read this in the news) a dogs was found on the street with her all four paws chopped off!the same thing happened in Romania last year. also later a man came close to a dog, petted it and shot it with a gun, next to a school yard. And as much as I know, they haven't been prosecuted for their crime. I have no clue what to do, there are a few organisations trying to help..

@mascaraeyes89 I believe it must be horrible. You have to watch and can not do anything about it. This must break your heart! I´m so sorry to hear those stories, but it´s good, because if more people know about what is going on in Serbia maybe one day it will get better, hopefully! Isn´t there any possibility to teach in school about animals, that they don´t want to be treatet like that. They really should teach the kids. Kids are future. and if not tought, they´ll be abusing animals too...

@geislein65 Just two months ago, for example, I found 4 puppies thrown in the mud and bushes, luckily i've found them on time and the next day they were full of worms, so god knows for how long they were abandoned.. they are all alive and living happily now, lucky for them. But I don't even want to imagine how many horror stories are going on in our neighborhood and we don't even know..

I don't understand any of what was said in this video, but those pictures and the cries of all these beautiful, sweet, poor little creatures already speaks for itself. This is breaking my heart.
