The original argument was that it must take a real loser to want to pretend to be a mage/night elf/druid etc. COD is a FPS, and much less involved. It has less of the attributes that make a game "virgin-y." Plus WoW has garnered an unshakable reputation as a highly addictive game for basement dwellers. Unfortunate but true.
