Its great offline considerin on Resistance even on hard you can slay all the enemys without even a try but Gears on Hard takes much more strategy and thought than just runnin in battle with a chansaw runnin. In Gears 2 you can not only pick up dead guys, but you get a flamethrower, SMG, and more. Vehicles include a tank, Bruma and more. And for boss battles they have a boss that might rival this one in R2. And whats better than taking on hordes or Locus with five friends.

In the first one the creatures (chimera) infected people in order to transform them into them selves. Hale got infected but not fully. It's slowly changing him and because of it he gained some of their powers. Like their healing abilities. The 19 hrs are probbally because he will transform into them.
