  • I really like this video, I know I can do this and without equipment. Calib, I am a type diabetic. I sopped medication for 5 months, by eating mostly real food, So I should be able to get off permanently. Dori

  • I do it in a doorframe, can go deeper that way

  • Great! Thanks for this, great job!!

  • What part of the chest do these work.

  • very good for beginers, what I do is put my feet agianst the wall; and then do pushups... i Also did have like a bowl of dank weed and 15 shots though....

  • Excellent demonstration.

  • Thanks for this video! Two questions:

    1) How are apart are your feet from each other in this video?

    2) Is it best to eat before or after working out in the morning?

  • @ILoveMaak

you can varie the distance between to feet.... do what feels most comfortable.

eating before or after is a personal preference. if you don't like to eat before and it does not affect your workout then wait until after... if you are weak if you don't eat the eat something small before

  • It doesn't matter if u do wall pushups or floor pushups as long as u do it safely and correct right? Just keep at it. I'm doing sets of fifty for my triseps biceps and shoulders and chest since I haven't been excersizing in a long time.

  • thankyou for your video, this may help me build my upper body strength so that i may pass a certain test next time for a job. any videos for losing arm fat and stomache or anything else.

  • Would be fun if he made a mistake and his face would be crushed against the wall :P..

    Good begining metod tho

  • will this really work for me cuz im like doing this except my arms go perfectally back until it touches my chest and then straight back out and i like do a 1000 no joke will this work cuz all i have ir like major pain in my triceps

  • Can someone tell me if wall push-ups are safe for someone with a herniated disc? I have two herniated discs, and I'm trying to find safe exercises to help strengthen the upper body. If someone could point me toward some reliable information, I'd be quite pleased.

  • I think I'll start one handed push ups this way.

  • This is good for beginners. :)

  • I think that way of doing push-ups is a good addition to those on the ground.

My experience is that if you make an exercise easier it helps to increase the repetitions in the "normal" way.

(Sorry for my english ;-) )

  • these are just a different way of dling puchups...no better..no worse.

its much harder to do this type of pushup on the ground.

try doing them for about 2 minutes and see how that feels.

    try a few sets..2-3
