  • I'd go wait in the lobby after all it is a public building. Just don't record inside if there are signs saying not to.

  • Listen and look at the attitude the cops are already giving these two gentlemen before they even say anything. The police officer standing there doesn't even know the situation, all he knows is that he's a cop and anyone who isn't needs to gtfo.

  • Making you get in your cars to wait... Sheesh. What a power control freak.

  • bullshit; so the lobby is only for paying customers or something???

  • all the cops today are corupted they are bad cops

  • @bluejay148 nop

  • the cops' contempt for people & law is beond tollerable. there are literally millions of these types of videos with more coming every day showing them committing from harrassment to murder. they have total disreguard for the law to the point they fabricate laws off the top of their heads then insist on enforcing these fake laws.

  • These freekeners are all shills. I love it how these guys keep posting videos of their rights being violated and they do nothing. Pointless!!!!

  • hey! fuck you for that spam at the end!

  • So... they arrested him for being on public land at a sheriff's office trying to bail someone out? This is very telling of how far we've fallen.

  • welcome to the para military police state of america. fuck the police

  • please tell me there was a law suit filed?

  • N.H. morons............

  • That's BS. That is PUBLIC PROPERTY, and the DID have official business there. Copper behaved pretty well (uh hum CAMERA ROLLING) but did not 'strictly enforce' his commands, but merely 'strongly encouraged' them to go to their car and wait. HE knew he had no legal right to deny them entrance.

  • "those that are for a limited government are worse than full on statists

because they use language of liberty (freedom) to promote further tyranny"

  • Hahahahaha according to the hippy website RP's "liberty-loving" attorney is going to have RP fire him since "liberty-loving" attorney isn't getting paid enough! Hahahahaha "liberty-loving" for pay! Classic!

  • Its obvious that to be free you have to get rid of the people that rule you and all of their enforcers but we must get rid of their monetary system also - once you can seperate people from their own free will and get them work for money instead who ever controls

    the money controls you

  • How the hell did we ever allow a group of people to get in a position of power over the rest of us ?? If we lived in a free society and a body started to form that thought they could go around telling people what to do, controlling and taking away our freedom they would be wiped out !

  • @godkingofthepunks It would appear that if you spend all your time being a hippy/hedonist/socialist then they just take their sweet time putting a chain on your neck. But, of course, if you fight like a hippy/hedonist/socialist then you get "owned" like these guys right here and then sit there and wonder how it happens to them over and over and over again! However, if you act like a real Christian you kick the thug's asses - like here: Wl2i4dcw_30

  • Officer Uhas is his little girl name. Thug.

  • Those Fat Fucks. If we deliver donuts can we sit in the lobby? Public Property my ass. Ive never been harrassed onetime at Grafton County court/jail. When it comes to assholes this is business as ususal. I hope you pigs are reading this! 20 year pension waiting on dunking donut eating motherfuckers!!!

  • The thugs don't want you in their building? What will the hippies do? Get steamrollered! Hahahahahahahahaa! You guys are a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Cops = pussies. others in the vid = wimps. Why on earth wouldn't a person ask " what law is it you are trying to inforce, officer?" and then when he give the standard bs/bully reply deflecting the question, you ask to speak with his supervisor. They HAVE to call a supervisor when requested, and they usually have more smarts than the street bully types. Stick with the "what law" conversation, it's a no win for them.

  • Cops. People too stupid to get a real productive job, so they became subsidized government attack dogs to keep tax paying surfs in line.

  • Cops do love to exercise their power.

    Ignore requests to identify himself.

Issue arbitrary instructions and then threaten arrest to anyone who disobeys.

I'm left to wonder, just what do they think they're accomplishing by being bullies?

  • @CurtHowland In five minutes, they'll be whining about how people don't respect them as heroes anymore and they'll act oblivious as to why that is.

  • Who could deny the dedication to the public these jailers have? Look at the way they watch from around the corner in the off chance that they might have the opportunity to protect and serve.

  • That dude must be in trouble.

  • you better have this cops job! he is making policy on his own accord and is in violation of public policy. he never stated what threat or violation you all did to be banned to your cars, given how ludicrous that is anyway. it is a public facility and until you are court order or under arrest then they have no right to block you. simply speaking it's BS

  • So if I go down to the Spenser's gift shop and pick up a shiny badge, can I make up rules and policies on my own whim as well?

Oh how we've strayed from the times of PEACE Officers....

  • A lot of bully cops misunderstand the law: you are obligated to follow the instructions of a police officer IN FURTHERANCE OF THEIR DUTIES; but NOT for any arbitrary thing they want to invent. A cop can hardly stop someone walking on the sidewalk and lawfully demand they do twenty pushups :)

You were there on legitimate business, and utilizing the property in an appropriate way while doing that business. Under those circumstances (specifically) no cop has any right to tell you to do anything.

  • No reason you can't go in the lobby--you were there on the BUSINESS of the building--holding and releasing prisoners. The last guy was definitely the bully type. I would NOT have gone back to the car. There's NO WAY any arrest/charge would stand, because you're there on legitimate business, AND if he did press for an arrest under those circumstances, you could sue and win for false arrest--as long as you continued to have a reasonable demeanor and didn't cause a scene, that is.

  • WOW, I love how the arresting Officer didn't ID himself.

  • @benjaminbartholomew Cant the officer be charged for not identifying himself when asked by the public.

  • Comment removed

  • @rabbit2110 IDK, but even if he can it is unlikely the local LEO's or prosecutors would do so. I recently had officers decline to ID themselves (you can hear it in my most recent video) and the Police Department wont even return my phone calls.

  • @benjaminbartholomew An officer does not have to id himself to someone that has nothing to do with the incident at hand.

  • That last dude was pretty calm for a douche.

  • @BrapAllgood Only cause he knew he was being recorded.

  • @BrapAllgood

    Calm like a summer's eve :P
