I've heard there are new owners of the property of recent and some guys are working to clear it out. The roof over the pool apparently was even torn down and thrown into the pool. A friend of mine said they even had to use excavating equipment to help clear out the debris! I only skated this pool once and it was my first pool at 30 something years old, we never found any empty pools to skate in Omaha, NE where I grew up skating in the 80s. Looks like we'll get to skate this one again! :)

It was fun while it lasted but that pool is on lockdown now. It's filled in now. It wasn't abandoned, it is on private property but the owner didn't mind if it was skated on the DL as long as people didn't trash the place. Too bad some morons decide to grafitti the pool. Now it's off limits.
