@m4tttc All of our videos released after the iPhone 4 was made available are recorded on the Retina display - so what you see in the video is as good as it gets.
@mathiasaa1 We have already done that in some of our videos - though it's not always possible (everyone in the office is usually quite busy). If a game has decent online multiplay I try to get footage of it (see Modern Combat 2 for example) and in rare cases we get some local multiplay footage (Street Fighter 4). ;)
I'll try it out :D but could you reccomend me any more abstract shooters.I'm playing icarus-x atm and i really like(lvl 4 woot, woot) do you know any more abstract shooters that are fun and well made?
@3greviews Not that many abstract shooters compared to the mind-numbing amount of three-match, vertical jump, horizontal run, sudoku, blah blah blah :) Plus it can't really be judged the same as a regular shooter which is designed with progressive levels as opposed to an evolving system. It's splitting hairs, I know, but it's not a commonly explored sub-genre :)
@AppSpy have you noticed how I complain in every single vertical bullet hell style shooter review?! :P as in, I don't like thee types of games :( Everything just seems so similar, especially artistically, while other commonly done genres has lots of space for unique visuals. I am impressed that they do have the personalized difficulty though.
@3greviews I feel the same way for a lot of genres too, but in a way it's almost like enjoying different genres of music - sure lots of rock bands can sound the same, but if you enjoy rock then you'll pick out the differences between them that you enjoy... and those that don't really enjoy it will continue to only hear the similarities. Neither are wrong in their assessment and at least you know for certain that you don't enjoy the genre :D
