It's called "Cajon Peruano" it's a percusive instrument invented in Peru by black slaves. Is not a flamenco instrument exclusively but nowdays everyone use it. Peruvian pride :P

For the one that said that the drummer was Spanish, he is wrong, actually the bass player is Spanish and it's called Daniel Lorca. About the instrument the drummer is playing it's a cajon and it makes no difference whether it's flamenco, pruvian or whatever, they make almost the same sound.
