I love a lot of Springsteen songs, but this one just might be my favorite--it's very cool, soulful and sexy and it has a different feel to it than Springsteen's other songs. Thanks for uploading the studio version--I couldn't find it on YouTube for a long time.

Also: I'm going crazy over a Springsteen song I remember from a long time ago. It was in a cassette (now lost somewhere) a friend gave me almost 20 years ago; it began very quietly and built to a crescendo with a chorus about "tonight / tonight's gonna be alright" or something like that.

O M G!!! I have not heard this song since the 70's when I first heard it! I have not been able to find in on a cd. WOW........Thanks so much for posting. It's one of the most passionate songs I've ever heard. Bruce is sooo amazing nowadays & this recording shows how hot is was destined to become. I heard that he wouldn't release for a number of years - rumours of good love gone bad the reason for it. Whatever, it's fantastic to hear it again. Made my day :D

this is one of "The Bosses" best recordings, but for some reason, he never plays it in concert.  Love it!!!
