Most tribes in the island of papua new guinea and west papua believe that different birds have different values or levels. Therefore, we respect them according to their positions or levels. They sometimes bring sadness / happiness for instance, if i went hunting or gardening and seeing them dancing in groups or male and female dancing while singing i tend to be happy or shed tears. their songs are our rhythm as we sing and play traditional music.
I hope this beautiful videos will teach to care, love and protect our wildlife, we are living in the most beautiful planet of the solar system let's do our part to protect.
Did you ever consider that maybe they are not so shallow like us humans can be. What if showing this to the female, he is actually showing her how skillful he can be to chase off animals, once she has youngs with him. What better protection than showing a shape of
a human face?! Animals are afraid of humans more than anything else in the world. Hm, I wonder why...
Anyway, that's my logic, but off course God knows best.
No, actually it couldn't be mimicing a human face because there is no way these animals living in the deep amazon could have encountered humans. Also some animals that don't have humans as predators are completely unafraid of people.
Well they mimic a face, like that of a big cat. Some butterflies have owl-like face patterns on their wings, while they may not encounter one in life.
they're no different than guys with shiny cars with those stupid flames or those bleachers on the back.... (look at me, look at me) even girls with those ugly ass goofy boots or the ever popular giant bumblebee glasses they love so much
This is the original BBC (British) version of Plant Earth featuring David Attenborough, I'm guessing your from the US as they seem to have changed it to Sigourney Weaver over there but not for the rest of the world.
