  • I'm sure this is the problem i have.:|.and I swear this is the most painful pain a human body can take:|...

  • I have this in my lower back. When it really flares up it's unbearable, can't even move without searing pain. Just getting out of bed in the morning becomes an epic challenge.

Went to physical therapy, learned some exercises, strengthened the abdominal muscles, and it helps a lot. Still have to be careful not to over extend myself, but I'm doing much better than before.

  • Klass Vaki is an Orthopaedic Body Support - researcehd and published. These products have been reported to be beneficial for the following back-related conditions: muscle spasm, sciatica, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, scoliosis, discectomy, laminictomy, fusion, arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylosis, ME, cancer, prostate problems, coccyx problems, neck, calcification, decalcification, hip problems, knee replacements, decubitus/bedsores.

  • I have that right now. It's almost unbearable but I'd never have the surgery. Going to physio alone is getting me results, just have to be patient.

  • @canadianmt2010 Same here, I've had it for 8 months, no surgery. And I'm to physio therapy once a week. But it haven't got any better now for 3 months, so I'm thinking about doing surgery

  • @Henkkathehenkka I had my mine for a good year before I could even function properly again. It sucks and it's painful but I hate the idea of the surgery. Where I live surgeries aren't as high tech as some places so if you could find a vacuum microscopic surgery it should help without having to have the disc removed and the vertebrae fused.

  • @canadianmt2010 And what exactly is vacuum microscopic surgery ? Never heard of it

  • @Henkkathehenkka It's a microscopic surgery. They insert two very thin tubes into the spinal disk and suck the herniation back into it's place. It's a day surgery, no stitches or anything. You're in for a few hours and that's that.

  • Would it be worth having an opp done to fix this I wonder, I've been told key hole surgery are succssesful these days.

  • @ever1ast don't do surgery, decompression helps a lot more then surgery, it's cheaper and has no side effects. don't get fooled by doctors who only want your money

  • Ouch D=

It hurts a lot more than you think it would.
