Wow, that's incredible!
It's a castle of Castellers de Badalona. The construction is called 4de7 (4of7), becaus is a seven-floor castle with 4 people in each, except the highest floors, where there are 2, 1 and 1 kid in each floor.
The castle was made in Badalona, where Castellers de Badalona make a "diada" to celebrate National Catalonia's Day, when we commemorate that Spanish troups conqueer Barcelona in 1714.
