  • Noddy Holder is a HUGE advocate for Doc Martens,he was rocking them long before they were COOL!

  • Bunch of glam-rock FAGS who made music for 13 year old girls...best part is all the dinosaurs that come on slade videos to argue their validity...dudes, THEY SUCK, FUCKING DIE YOU OLD FAGS ALREADY!

  • @DanielDumile Not you again you basterd! GO AWAY!!!

  • all russian very love Slade

  • Not even plugged in -.- god damn the standards were low back in the days .. can you imagine that people actually believed that this was really them playing ?xD

  • @crackpiipe The fact that these guys could not only play live, but made one of the greatest live albums in history speaks for itself. And the standards are WAAAAYYY lowe today. Autotune...All you have to do is talk through a song, no real musicians, just annoying computer programs.

    Think about it...

  • @gripedwards yeah i now the standards are low on the music etc. but all i meant was that im so sick and tired of all the "live" gigs that bands do all the time. i hate playback, i hate autotune, i DONT hate slade, i love them but i dont think you should have a live performance if you cant do it without the CD playing in the background.

  • @crackpiipe - I know your comments are a few months old, but if you look around on here you will notice a lot of bands played to playback on these programs (seemingly in Europe.) Top of the Pops, this program, and others. In fact Iron Maiden made fun of this (I believe on this exact same show) by having everyone switch their instruments mid song, etc. I think it had to do with music union rules or the shows requesting it so they had the best quality performance.

  • @crackpiipe HAHAHA Yet another dumbfluck who is completely fooled by this vid. People like you are simply too dumb to look through this kind of Slade uploads in the 80s. This is from their Kamikaze album that is simply better than the Beatles White album. If you haven t done that yet, play all their albums without being misled or prejudiced by this kind of uploads. Maybe one day you will find out that Slade are one of the best bands ever, despite what the snotty media critics make you believe.

  • @carlphone Another video where they are miming because they have no talent...fucking GARBAGE, JUST LIKE YOU CARLPHONE/PROSLADE!

  • noddy hoffler fucked that shit up coming in too soon, sound like music is prerecorded and these boys are crunked off there assin this bitch

  • love them...SLADE!!!

  • I think I'm in love with the drummer.

  • fun fun fun...glad i was there when this song came out

  • Hmmm ....live vocals ....on top of the track w/ vocals on it .... ???? ... Must have been Sweden's version of SOLID GOLD huh ?

  • Was the whole song live or just the vocals?

  • Remembering seeing this performance on telly in '84, only 12 years old. Still loving these guys. Check out violinist/bassist Jim Lea's album Therapy from 2007, it's superb.

  • Live vocals did you see Noddy screw up in the beginning? They were a great drinking party band

  • @MPFINSTER2002 Yeah I noticed that. Noddy was about to come in too early wasn't he, but handled it very professionally of course . Oh bless him, we do love em though!

  • Yes They are wonderful guys. lol ?

by the way why is the singers voice much louder than the music ?
