This means that she whenever she was stressed or upset she changed her identity to escape reality, in this case she changes her accent. Whenever this happened, she could never remember her behaviour by the time she'd calmed down becuase she is talking in the accent without being aware. If you watch other videos where she is stressed, you'll notice she's talking in a British accent.
