Wow such a treasure to hear this! Interesting how the tuning is on that instrument. Very colored.

Amazing to find an original Hass, playing condition, and in high definition video. It is hard to believe the first clavichord I saw in a museum fifty years ago was preserved under glass, still in the dusty, broken-string decrepit condition it had been left in, probably 100 years previously. This is beautiful!

Thankfully, the old museum mentality of "original condition above all else" is slowly moving aside in favour of true preservation and restoration.
