I believe it is monoatomic hydrogen ions that make the cars run, the exciting the water just ejects electrons and creates these ions, these ions have superconducting properties just the same as ORMES, I doubled my fuel mileage with my Joe cell.
The Joe Cell isn't about the Production of HHO gas it is more to do with the propagation of Orgone and it's conversion to Static Electricity. There are many videos on here that show Cells but they are only HHO cells. The Joe Cell was named after an Australian who was able to run a car using a "blind plug" connected to the Engine.
