  • Sugars is the problem!? Our bodies need these sugars as carbon fuel..my gosh.. no wonder

his clients eventually end up with Dr. Morse. Fruits cleanse the body and are magnetically

much stronger than any other foods on the planet.

  • RAW Kale, sprouts, Raw sockeye Salmon, buckwheat that is raw and sprouted.

berries in moderation. Kelp, raw egg yolks. Even though Brian looks amazingly good for his age, I am not convinced that the vegan diet is right for everyone.

I do agree with him about smoothies though. I only believe in juicing wheat grass.

  • 4:07 I can't understand, he say you get the adequate amount of sugar to be fit from lettuce. WHAAAAAAAAAT?, IMPOSSIBLE, HOW MANY LETTUCE HEADS AT DAY?, 40 HEADS?

  • What about DARK LEAFY GREENS???

  • Comment removed

  • thank you so much for this info, and also your take on the cacao, which I've been drinking daily. I'm off of it. Never, never, never again.

  • "many fruitarians develop diabetes because of high sugar"

What are you talking about?? Do you have any evidence of this? I'm pretty sure the exact opposite is true. I've never heard of somebody following a PROPER fruitarian diet and developing diabetes as a result.. Fruit, unimpeded by the inclusion of fatty foods and excessive protein, actually regulates blood sugar levels quite nicely. Also, the sugars in fruit do NOT affect the body the same way as sugar from candy.

  • LMFAO @ 1:03

This is a perfect example of when quantity over quality is absolutely not the answer.

    Brian Clement = Fail

  • Sprouts?

Look up "2011 E. coli O104:H4 outbreak" on Wikipedia. There you'll find something about sprouts ..

  • I love Algae and seaweeds. Thats where the life is.

  • My family and I have chosen a better more raw diet: that of a vegetarian or vegan. However, I'm not sure that my family and I can give up all fruit all the time. Life is an adventure that comes with variety and creativity which we were all meant to experience and I can appreciate. Also, where I live sucks for finding raw foods and fresh anything... :( All there are all Jewels and Dominiks... :(

  • Clement advocates high protein; Cousen high fat; and Graham high carbs. WTF!!! That's why I always go back to the Granddady of all these guys: Dr. Weston A. Price and his book "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration." Price was to nutrtion what Darwin was to the theory of biological evolution. Do you want to know what we are supposed to eat as humans? Meat nor cooked nor fruit is the problem; the problem is refined foods, GMOs, irradiation, etc., etc. But all these jokers have their own agenda.

  • @smr144

Clement does not advocate high protein, he promotes high amino acid diets via mainly sprouted foods. Sprouting breaks down the protein structure into mainly amino acids (pre-digested protein).

According to Brian's testing, fruit is a problem for many too, he has 30 year clinical research experience to come to that conclusion. . He doesn't say most modern day people have pancreatic problems for nothing, he has observed it through testing.

  • @smr144

Dr Clement advocates a diet high in predigested fats, high in carbs and high in predigested fats.

  • lol at brian clement sugar is much more important than protein, its not like you grow another arm every week (protein), but your body and brain is in constant need of fuel (Sugar), talk about science every respected scientist in the field of human nutrition recomends no more than 10% protein from calories.

  • @KingOfKingz911 Primates eat fruits all the time. We're primates. This guy is mentally ill.

  • @sourmanofcoal Lol I find it very funny and very frustrating at the same time how stupid everyone here is. you have FAT, SUGARS AND PROTEIN........... TOO MUCH SUGAR KILLS BETA CELLS IN PANCREAS. TOO MUCH FAT HARMS ENDOTHELIUMFUNCTION IN ARTERIES AND TOO MUCH PROTEIN DESTROYS KIDNEY. WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Marraudor

    Why are you yelling?

  • @TheSuitIsNOTBlack Because many fruitarians develop diabetes because of high sugar, many sproutarians get sick of bacteria on sprouts (in europe cfr. EHEC) and many people follow HHI but overconsume fats and develop heart disease. The fundamentals are sugars and fats. There is sat fats in nuts and there is sugar in fruit, there is sat fats in steak and there is sugar in candy. GET REAL AND GET NORMAL !

  • @KingOfKingz911 This is wrong. Protein is required for neuriotransmitter production, cytokines, molecule carriers, cell membrane receptors, immunoglobulins, connective tissue, intracellular recptors and enzymes.... these are being produced daily. Protein in the digestive tract keeps the suagr that enters the blood at a contatant trickle. Soooo vita. Yes we do need glucose but at a constant rate. wKeeping the spikes as low as poss

  • Was pointed this way by the best of video and glad I watched it.

Durianrider the sugar man seems to be doing well so far. Will be interesting to see where his all fruit style living takes him.

  • I agree with most of the things he says. But without fruit, what must we do for calories?

  • Sugar is really hard to give up.... I have smoothies for breakfast and veggie juice for lunch. It would be difficult to give up my smoothies.

  • the best thing is to divide them into groups where u can see core results transing into every other raw life style its just as thing about choosing what u like and works for u

  • Clement is SOOOO RIGHT! I started eating only raw fruits like apples, bananas, oranges, pears, nuts, salads, avacado's, etc and have been doing 1/2 hour of cardio and working out for atleast two hours everyday for the past two weeks and I'm actually fatter then I was before going full vegan. I lost more fat and gained more muscle eating cooked meats and cheese and crap with very low sugar intake. It is true, too much fruit is bad for you. Now I'm going to take Clements advice and update soon.

  • I could not agree more. High density nutrient foods that are essentially concentrated sunlight. Algae, sea vegetables, sprouts. Check out the raw food pyramid. Water is on the bottom because we need the most of it. I not against fruit at all, but Clement is correct to say that we need to be careful of sugar of any kind. And if you eat fruit with chlorella and/spirulina the protein and chlorophyll will regulate it more and allow the body to take it in at a more regulated pace.

  • Brian Clement's hobby is extending life via the most possible healthy diet. The bottom line is you could go the rest of your life without fruits and meat and you would be just as healthy as if you consumed them. Fruits don't poison you but the body has to work more to deal with sugars, that makes you age faster with overall high sugar consumption. The more alkaline you are the slower you age, anything that makes you less alkaline will make you age faster.

  • So what the hell can we eat? Grass and algae? I think id rather die.

  • @SmilingEyes79 I agree :).

  • Thank U Kevin. Do you know if there is a program like this in the West Hollywood area where I live? I would love to learn and volunteer on this subject also but I don't where to go.

  • this guy knows what hes talking about, fruit has been selectivly cultivated over time favouring taste and sweetness, therefor modern fruits contain too much sugar, its not rocket science its cold fact, eat your greens.........

  • Let´s make it simple:

Fruit is the ideal food, and it´s sugars are the perfect fuel for the body. "Blood sugar" only occurs in high fat diets. People get disease and cancer free on fruit diets. Athletes reach their peak performance on fruit diets.

Algae is not human food, but it surely feeds a million dollar industry. Eat algae if you want to be binge prone and insatisfied. True raw vegans eat fruit based diets, everyone else goes to the cooked food pan.

  • 3 things?

    long healthy (full) hair

beautiful glowing skin (get rid of scars, acne, discoloration, hyperpigmentation)

    strong bones

  • kevingianni, what have you heard about sprouted grain wraps?(Ezekiel wraps)

  • good grief.....i have to eat. this is too much....i understand about eliminating excessive sugar. i understand about trying to incorporate healthy foods in to your diet.....but i cannot for the life of me figure out how anyone actually EATS on these raw, vegan diets. how do you go out with other people? what do you eat in a restaurant? what do you eat if you have a family or spouse who won't do this? it's very difficult.....

  • @makepreemptivelove

dont get overwhelmed i understand this can all sound so confusing at times. go on the channel of

    LIFE REGENERATOR

he makes all of this soooo simple easy and practical, you'll be amazed i guarantee it

  • @makepreemptivelove you dont eat in resraurants or you go to special ones and it's a lifestyle meaning if your spouse doesnt like it too bad lol

  • lol i feel like you! no worries we will make it

  • @makepreemptivelove Hey man. I was like you when I first started becoming interested in food. But, it's a process. You start somewhere and you're always on a journey. One day your journey will lead you to raw foods. It took me 1.5 years to get here, and I'm still not totally 100% raw. Maybe 50% . However, just take it in steps and maybe try it for a week. You'll never go back.

  • Thanks Kevin another great interview!!

  • Being healthy, being happy and having a purpose.

  • hey you have almost the same name (just missing and e) as my blog and my email that I have had since 1999

    Thats cool!

  • Great Video. Thanks!

  • Health, peace, positive thinking

  • Awesome video!!! Thanks Kevin! Like everything else, it's a journey not a destination. Learn and experiment and the journey will be fun and beautiful.

  • just as crystals reflect light, people reflect information that is relative to them. You are your own crystal, reflect your own information, it is then you will find peace, stability in your health, and happiness.

  • he struggled with sugar in his earlier years and since has developed an anti-sugar attitude. Check it out people... he used to have fungal, bacterial, and parasitical issues.... knock out sugar, knock out the food supply to those issues. Blam! Black and white difference! Now, if you don't have those problems, take as much fruit as your body likes! Listen to your body!

Reps for honest kevin Gbaby and dan "the life regenerator" mcdonald.

  • durianrider is a great testament to this fact too. Thanks for your thoughts.

  • Thanks SH1. Id put money on it that if we looked at what Brian actually eats its 80/10/10. just a cooked vegan version of 811rv. And hey, thats a healthy program but its not as healthy as a diet based of fruits instead of cooked carbs.

Low fat high carb vegan aka hippocrates programme. EXCELLENT.

Low fat high carb raw vegan aka 811 low fat fruit bat etc. BEST.

  • hey where did my comment go :o

  • @durianriders true, not exactly the same (80/10/10) hypocrates is about 15 % protein and low in fat (10 - 20%) but the calorie base is not cooked carbs, is mostly sprouted grains, the true Hypocrates Diet is 100% raw. But even raw, obviously sprouted grains is not the same as eating fruit.

  • @adrygarcia

Where did you read that? Brian had mentioned that Hippocrates diet is around 5% protein (but lots of amino acids) and about 5% fat on average with high levels of fatty acids.

  • @TheSproutarian, sorry I beleived that he is doing a high protein diet even I know that he eats sunwarrior protein suplement. About carbs and fats he is still totally opposite to Gabriel Cousens who recomends a HIGH FAT, LOW CARB DIET. So Gabriel Cousens and Brian Clement have different points.

  • I realy love listening to him everything he says makes perfect sense to me I am vegan I never fermented yet I only eat Eden sauerkraut once in a while.Well I am having a hard time sprouting certain things.I can sprout quinoa but for some reason I cannot sprout oats I have tried many times but I just end up not good at all. Also some people consider soaking - sprouting?

Which sprouts is he talking about, quinoa, oat, seeds, nuts??? How far does the sprouting process go?

    Thanks

  • sprouting is what happens AFTER the soaking process. Make sure the oats you are using haven't been pre-steamed etc if you are trying to sprout them. But even if they are not sprouting they are probably fermenting. Also the sprouts he are talking about are from seeds such as alfalfa, brocolli, mainly greens and vegetables.

  • One can get raw oats if one looks around and talks to the farmers/producers etc.

Uxi and Umari are 2 brazilian fruits that have never been cultivated yet have 22g and 27g of carbs per 100g edible portion. Thats more than bananas and at 6g carbs per 100g edible portion for seedless watermelon it just debunks Brian Clements theories.

Brian is a nice dude and helps a lot of people, but come on Brian, share what you actually eat or people are gonna think they can get enough calories on sprouts..

  • @durianriders

People can get enough calories on the sprouts. 100 gram of sprouted sesame, 80- gram of soaked/sprouted chia, 100 gm sprouted millet, 100 gm sprouted lentil, 100 gm sprouted beans with many sunflower greens/alfalfa sprouts. Big meals that get over 2,000 calories, and predigested fats to keep fat levels safe and not overdosing. + add algae and grass and it is perfect. l do this every day.

  • Thank you I appreciate you helping me

I know what sprouting is but these oats are more like molding then anything even when I do it in a more airy env. like a nut milk bag... The oats havent been pre steamed as far as I know? , I have tried a jar and a nut milk bag.

Maybe I should try getting different oats next time..you never know for sure.

  • No problem, make sure that you soak whatever you want to sprout(how long depends on the material), then throw that water out. Then you must rinse normal sprouts. Oats might not sprout, they may just ferment, which is a good thing. But maybe your mould is coming from using the same water for too long.

  • Thanks again...I am just not ready to eat it fermented. I smell it and it just turns me off.

Maybe it is from same water too long although everything else seems to sprout easily.

    I appreciate all your help

  • No problem. Fermented oats shouldn't smell bad, I've never even noticed much of a smell from mine at all. Do let me know when you finally figure it out. Btw not sure if I mentioned but oats don't ferment in water..Anyways take care

  • Thanks again...no you didnt mention oats dont ferment in water but mine are just going bad their is an odor and I just soak then rinse and drain just like other sprouts.

    Anyway thank you again

  • Wow, this might be your greatest video yet. The amount of information Dr. Clement gave in such a brief amount of time was amazing. Now I have an official video to use as my "show people about raw foods" video. Thank you!!!!

  • ditto!

  • what do we eat instead of fruit?

i can't eat that many sprouts!

where do we get out calories from?

i'm not inclined to eat a huge amount of good fats either!

hippocrates recommends an 80% raw diet?

should i be eating more cooked quinoa, legumes etc?

    thanks for interesting show!

  • @starflower666

calories come from sprouted grains, sprouted beans and certain sprouted seeds. Eat some sprouts, blend some and make some cold pressed seed pastes. Also have many green juices and smoothies. Easy, it can be done.

  • I know he is 100% correct.

I have only been able to do no sugar for a few months at a time and all of my petty ailments go away and I feel better.

Then I slide back into hell. I have done this a dozen times or more. I am in sugar hell now.

  • I've recently realized on my own that sugar has been making me very sick. Once I cut out sugar (in all of its forms) I felt amazing. Now I just eat a small controlled amount of fruit a week and rely on the veggies in my diet to provide the rest.

  • That was a great video.

  • Fruit, sunshine, and peace

  • I'm not on 100% raw diet, however I do make responsible choices when it comes to cooked foods. Nothing cooked in oil, no soy products, little oils etc. I tried to go raw a while back but I did find it difficult. I just ate lots of fruit, no sprouts, no sea vegetables. Now I'm trying a fruit free diet as I believe its all about the greens! It is very difficult though.

  • hmm I just don't get how you get enough calories when you sprouts and algae?!

  • damn -I just startet a 100% Raw food journey and having a hard time cuz its a challenge emotionally....fruit is my only comfort!!! well I guess I`ll improve in time..

  • watch the life regenerator. different things work for different people

  • thanx for the tip. appreciate it.

  • :-) You bet.

  • I love the life regenerator. Dan the man with the master plan!!!

  • hehehehe :-)

  • I don't eat anything with a GI above 10 or 20 these days, but everything I do eat (superfoods, superherbs, cacao, things that Brian does not eat) are REALLY SEXY!

  • i am just visualizing myself walking by an apple tree full of beautifull ripe apples, naah i juts skip that and head stright for tha algie that taste like or smells like unwashed dishes..where is the common sense?may be too much fruits are bad ,what is algie, is that even food?

  • I think the important thing is balance and to adjust a diet to your own needs. Obviously someone like durianrider (awesome) can eat a lot more fruit than most of us because he is MUCH more physically active than we are. We just have to be smart about this, be balanced, take our own body and lifestyle into consideration and not obsess over food. I became a vegan so as to stop centering my life around food. I love all of this information, but I think sometimes it makes things overly difficult.

  • Very well said.

  • I don't like how Brian Clement attacks fruit so much! What is more important is getting people to eat whole fruits and vegetables in the first place! People have healed themselves on fruit and vegetables. Would a loving God poison his children? Would God create a banana or an orange and know it would poison us? Hell no! People need to stop eating refined sugar, chips, soda, beer, and pizza! Hippocrates is extreme. Eating should be fun and enjoyable. Fruit and vegetables are good for you! :-)

  • @Nakutao my friend, there goes exactly what he's talking - ADDICTION. We are addicted to food. Food should be fuel, nothing else. He's not saying that fruit is poison, but just too much sugar, and that sick people definitely cannot eat it if they want to heal themselves. With that said, if you're a healthy dude, then eat some fruit, but try not to think of food as something you should enjoy... it's simply fuel. They've messed around way too much with our fruit (marmarmeme's comment below).

  • @Nakutao why do you gotta bring reilgon in ? honestly

  • @Nakutao Yes you are right in a certain way, but forr me, is truth that fruits of today are not the same of yesterday, we know that te must nutritous fruit in the planet are the wild ones, like acerolas, rose hips, durians, nonis, etc. And they dont taste so sweet as a banana.

  • @Nakutao Brian says the truth. Take it or leave it.. You leave it, its your loss..

  • @Nakutao Compare Dr. Gabriel cousens and Dr. Brian Clement to someone like Dr. Doug Graham who consumes almost fruit exclusively. Graham isnt even 50 yet and hes going bald and wrinkly. Gabriel cousens is nearly 70 and still has all his hair, no wrinkles, and he can do over 600 pushups. Dr. Clement can bench press over 400 lbs and squat over 700 raw plus he has all his hair and no wrinkles.

  • @777TylerJB yo might be right but don´t think Cousens is 70!

  • @Nakutao He doesn't attack fruit, but believes that the fruit that most of us get in the stores are not "healthy". If you can pick your own tropical fruit, he would encourage you eat lots of it!

  • @Nakutao Before anyone reads this guys comment and thinks he has a clue what hes talking about, think about it for a second. If you believe in God then you believe he also created poinsinous plants, but do you eat those based on the same silly logic? No, you are addicted to sugar and making excuses to keep eating it, Hippocrates isnt the most succesful health institute in the world for no reason.

So don't fall for silly comments like these.

  • @Nakutao Actually the answer IMHO is HeLL YES! Would GOD create gravity knowing some humans would make stupid decisions and jump from buildings and bridges? YES! Hippocrates is EXTREMELY forward thinking, I say don't bash a man, (especially one that serves as a last hope for many many dying people,) Until you have PROOF that his claims are fraudulent. If you want to bring GOD into the matter, I vaguely remember something in Genesis 6:3 says that mans days shall be 120 years.

  • The three things that are important to me is the utility of my body, that I stop being in so much pain, and finally being able to be the person I want to be. =^-^=

  • So we aren't suppose to eat dates???

  • 5 stars and faved. Excellent info. Thanks

  • Comment removed

  • Great video! Despite the skepticism, I think Dr. Clement is very knowledgeable! How old is he?! And look how great he looks!! And the information he gave makes so much sense! I am unable to eat watermelons or drink carrot juice without getting a headache and feeling awful, as if I have had lots of sugar. It's natural and according to doctors it's not supposed to affect me, but it does!

  • Last sumer he told us he was 60 years old.

  • Wow! He looks at least 15 years younger!! If that isn't incentive alone!!

I was also thinking that the people who go to see him already have health issues, some of them life threatening. Most of us on here just want to improve the quality of our life. So he is dealing with different kinds of individuals and issues relating to foods.

  • How old is he?

  • And here's my smoothie recipe:

Goji berries, mulberries, protein powder, 1 carrott, 1 apple, hemp milk, collards, kale, or red chard (my fave), frozen blueberries. Didn't you and Ann-Marie write a smoothie recipe book at some point? Oh, and guavas are my fave, but hard to find, and NEVER organic. xoxo

  • And can I ask a question? I have a green smoothie and coffee every morning. Ok, I know that coffee isn't probably the greatest thing for me, but not ready to give it up. My question: which should I have first? The smoothie or the coffee? I prefer the coffee first, then smoothie at least 30 min later. What your opinion (aside from the fact that you prob dont think I should be drinking coffee at all--I know, I know!). Thanks!

  • @salt004 Hello. Although u didn't ask me, LOL, my suggestion (if u choose to keep the coffee) is to drink your smoothie w/lots of greens and WHOLE fruit first. Why? Because the fiber in your smoothie will do a great job of absorbing and blocking any harmful substances that may be in your coffee. :-)

  • Hippocrates is too extreme, in my opinion. Cool place, but something about Mr. Clement's attire reminds me of a used-car salesman. Applaud your decision to present many different perspectives though. You must check out Soma Center raw food cafe in Lake Worth while you're down there.

  • I hope people will decide NOT to swallow these statements of "fact" by the good Dr. Clement. Despite his "facts" what he states is anthropological idiocy. Kevin, normally I applaud your generous airing of a variety of "opinions" on YOUR show. Unfortunately, today's show should have been prefaced with a warning disclaimer. I hope all your previous shows & interviews will be enough to "balance" that harm I think this one show can cause. :-(

  • @imlivingandlearning Why is it anthropological idiocy? Where in the history of humans was there lots of meat/deary consumption or means to cook? Maybe in 0.000001 of all time in history, and that is right now...

  • really great video..thank you so much

  • Great interview with Brian Clement! Hope there's more!

  • this has been one of the best renegade shows ive seen. dr clemente is great

  • Micro algae really is the healthiest food there is I think.

  • That was fantastic info. Thanks for the great up-load!

  • 5 Stars

  • This 80/10/10 vs. Hippocrates thing (both seem sooo logical and right)

    JUST KEEPS DRIVING ME MAAAD!!!!

Who is right??? I just don't know.

Any ideas??? Keeps getting more and more frustrating.

  • Fruits are crystallized capsules filled with the tear drops of angels. Heal the body with greens and fuel it with fruit sugar. 80/10/10 with lots of soft leafy greens is the way to go! Don't be afraid to love fruits, it's natural.... us swimming to the bottom of a lake to get some algae is not.

  • When I eat wild berries in the summer, it feels very natural - but those guys don't have thirty times the amount of sugar like domesticated fruits have - I think Clement's point is that domesticated fruit isn't natural. But then, what is? I'm not about to start eating ants off of a stick like a chimp. . .

  • Fruit trees are living things, they want to evolve and not go extinct so of course they'll become sweeter and sweeter so we keep distributing them across the world. Fruits use us. Let them use you. Fruits are the most beautiful thing in the world if you take the time to study them.

  • @sccloatrtk What he is stating is that the fruits we eat today, from the store or even if you grow your own, have been modified by industry. They are called hybrids, typically. But even non-hybrids have suffered. The fruits have been selectively bred for their high sugar contents to make them more appealing, and essentially, addicting. IMO, that is the point of his statements about fruit.

  • I'm glad you have found something that works well for you - last time I went high fruit, I developed visible cavities in my teeth very quickly, massive canker sores, and also got sick for the first time all year, now, a few months on low sugar, high green juice, sprouts and vitamin D, my cavities are healing and my canker sores are gone. I do love fruits - they really are beautiful. I intend to take full advantage of the low sugar, wild fruits that grow in my area this summer.

  • @sccloatrtk

I just get my algae from trader joe's or other healthfood stores, I think fruits are fine, but I eat them in the morning just to wake up my brain with the sugers and carbs, otherwise eating 50 bananas won't make you healthy.

  • @rawbirbella Go by RESULTS. Eating fat, grass, stimulants and condiments or sweet juicy fruit? Hm

  • dr max gerson has cured many patients by juicing fruits, and vegi. What this guy has to say about the gersons method? The results are out there.

  • " perhaps he's got the flu" " Flu ! Flu! Probably because he's eating too much fresh fruit!" - monty python.

This man seems a bit dogmatic in his attitude to me and for some reason I get a weird feeling off him, like I wouldn't quite trust him if I met him. I could see how eating tons of dried dates and pineapples might give anyone problems, but judging from the most superficial stance possible, people on 80-10-10 or fruitarian diets have a youthfulness and glow that has totally aged them ha ha.

  • @boredtoexhileration I got that from him too... hmm....

  • oh and fruit cured a PCOD condition I had and I've heard of it curing certain individuals with cancer. :P

  • Greens, greens and more greens! When I eat them, I mean LOTS of them in juices, smoothies and salads, I felt great, digestion is great and I have loads of energy.

  • I think the truth is somewhere in the middle as far as fruit sugar goes. The Gerson therapy uses carrot/apple, carrot and green juices for healing - and it works. So maybe there's more to it, like something in addition to the sugars in dates or beets he talked about? It seems different gurus make different claims that contradict each other.

  • Kevin can you dig up some info on b12 analogues? I wonder why the core of the hippocrates diet is based off 2 foods (seaweeds and algaes) that are known to be high in b12 analogues.

Maybe that's not even a bad thing who knows. I've seen tons of videos from Brian Clement and he never really speaks about this issue.

  • Search Brian Clement and B12 and he talks about B12 supplementation, specifically using bacterial based B12.

  • 3 things that are important to me are my freedom, health and motivation to succeed.

  • AWESOME!!! After God importance is as follows for me; SPIRIT! MIND! BODY! Everything else just follows. Love, Peace

    God bless

  • 80 10 10 hmmmm.

    any thoughts?

  • Cool.

  • he is a legend, thanks for this video, great work, really valuable show

  • Love what Brian Clement brings to the table, but I have to wonder...is he comfortable in that suit?

  • I bet it's a hemp suit... or at least organic cotton, I've often wondered that myself.
