Nearly any bike can do wheelies. You can't get it to start? Replace the battery, clean the carburettor, make sure the pilot jet is clear, and change the spark plugs.

If it still doesn't work, make sure there's fuel in it, put the bike in 1st gear, hold the clutch in, run along with it to about 6mph, and let the clutch out fast, but be prepared to catch it in again if the bike starts.

Crash bars are available everywhere online. Make sure you get the correct one and fit it properly.
