I got the best soluion i have gforce 7050 and it lagg so much on full screen so what i did was i wrote on gtaiv commandline height 100 and width 315 and i make the gta iv window very small and it worked there was no lagg i hope it works for u Gud luck man! =D
OMG finnaly some woth same problem ....see the people on street become white if you are 15-20 feet away from them,and when you get close their original skin become normal well ....I CANT FIX THAT SHIT..i dont have lagging problem only that and nothing cant fix that...any ideas???
@HAMAZA7123 Dont say that... I have AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ 2.5GHz, ATI HD 5750 512mb, 4gb of ram and OS Win7. On 800x600 on all low it laggs like i would play crysis on my ex computer old 7 years -.-... The game is fucked up and you probably need very high CPU... Next month im buying my self AMD Phenom II X4 955 and i hope it will run better -.-

looks like someone is using integrated graphics, all you have to do to fix the lag using the crack is install all the gta patches.

i have a retarded problem, see i have 3gigs ram (2.90gb) and an Nvidia 6150se
processor AMD II x2 2.1 and i see somtehing like fog and its sooooo laggy

thats becuz you have low amount of ram, at least get 2Gb of ram for gta iv, if you are using Vista/Windows 7, get 3 or higher,
second part is the CPU, its not PowerFull , though, just get more ram, and with some tweaks, you should run it with no lag on low/meduim settings
