Such a good performance! I was in the crowd as well, not near Taylor though. Towards the other end of the street by the media. Really amazing night. I was so disappointed by Kanye West and his statement, but regardless Taylor was strong and gave it her all, this performance right here is the reason why she won a VMA. Excellent!

Yes Taylor is actually in the subway and then when the subway doors open she runs and everyone followers her onto the streets of NY where she performes the rest of the song. I was part of the performance in the subway right behind her so I know. Radio city is the place where the VMA took place. And the performance was right after the Kanye thing.

@forevertaylorswift17 I got casted to be in her performance. Like 500 hundred people showed up and they picked 40 to perform in the subway with her. We shoot August 25th from 11pm-4am and then we did this part the day of the VMA's September 13. Of the 500 people they brought back like 150 more people for just the VMA day to run onto the street. I just got really lucky they picked me and that I was placed right next to Taylor.
