Making Croissants: Rolling the Finished Dough

oh of course, some French ass has to respond...in french. surely about how these are not authentic. When the truth is, ANY time an America does something non-American, some stuck up European is going to trash it. However, I do agree that she sucked at rolling these croissants, she didnt even curl up the end..They were ugly, but maybe they tasted good? Who knows. Who cares!

True, that those croissants are strait when the info says crescent shape, but in France they make it strait to signify that they used butter in that one and a crescent shape to signify that it has margarine in it.
