pretty neat, seems like it could be as fun/better than nikujin.
add some obvious stuff that nikujin left out like being able to use weapons other than the sword (shuriken, maybe a magic spell) and a bar-meter to indicate how long the wall-cling will last.
how did you make the back ground stay still

indeed, magic would actually be a cool thing to add, but after all, why would a ninja kill every person, bit pointless, being a ninja,
but if you mean spells, which you can use to be faster or deceive your enemies.
on a sidenote, Ninja's do not use Shuriken ^^
