And i might add that the piece is way too hard for the pianist too. Shame on his teacher for giving it to him. But he probably made all those mistakes because of the HORRIBLE orchestra.
Hello people! These are kids! BRAVO!I Mozart is a difficult piece. This takes a lot of patience from the conductor, balancing sound and specially intonation. I bet negative commenters don't even play an instrument themselves. Pity you . Haha. CONGRATS TO THESE WORLD CLASS PERFORMERS! (^^,)
@malvinbeethoven how dare you lie and call these horrible players 'WORLD CLASS PERFORMERS." They are just awful and they should not be playing pieces that are too hard for them. SHAME ON THIS CONDUCTOR.
@malvinbeethoven how dare you lie and call these horrible players 'WORLD CLASS PERFORMERS." They are just awful and they should not be playing pieces that are too hard for them. SHAME ON THIS CONDUCTOR. How could you possibly defend this just because they are kids. The pianist is just lovely and special, but the orchestra is totally talentless, particularly the strings.
Great job! Keep up the hard work... all you people who are so easy to criticize... cry... what ever... this piece is difficult. I play keyboards and violin... I thought it was wonderful:)

I hope the conductor didn't quit his day job for this....and those kids need some help with their tuning. As for the soloist, ever heard of a metronome?
hey dude.. keep practicing kay.. n dont play the piano.. but practice wif the piano k.. its two very different things.. btw.. it'll be nice if u could have a video posted on u tube k.. but remember.. when u play the song, enjoy the sound of ur piano.. not the notes u play or pratice wif k.. n when u perform, play like as if ur playing for ur family members or a gud friend of urs n no one else k.. well.. all the best. Good luck.
oh yeah, i just thought i should let (if you ever happen to check this again) you know that the festival i was gonna play it in was postponed for a year cause it wasn't safe there or something
but i'm still gonna learn it, so thanks for the advice
If you think orchestra sucks... look well.. they are kids too!!! I'm 35 now... And can´t execute a clean "Beethoven piano sonata" complete... Would love to be learning music at that age.
Commendable amateur efforts by both sides. Remember Schnabel's remarks on Mozart's music: "Children love the quantity of the notes, artistes fear the QUALITY of the notes" (or words to that effect).
I'm studying this piece of music at the moment in school and looking at the sheet music I can't believe someone as young as the little Genius in this can play it!! Well done to him!! Fab piece of music!
Top ho to the young man playing this. He gives Horowitz a run for his money and does justice to what may be Mozart's greatest work: the towering 23rd.
And i might add that the piece is way too hard for the pianist too. Shame on his teacher for giving it to him. But he probably made all those mistakes because of the HORRIBLE orchestra.
