Does not work, Its a good Stratagy aganst a computer, but once you play people or a computer on anything further than easy they rush and anything with air units will destroy your whole, you will need a 2v2 match with one person making a ani unit army and oyu preforming this to do anything.

Locusts are weak units only good against buildings, if the enemy came a little more prepared he wouldl take all your units out including your profit because iyour profit was not upgraded. =/

when i do a locust rush, i send my invisible arbiter to their base so they cant see him, and then start beaming my locusts to the arbiter causing some serious base damage. they literally never see it coming

people throw the word "rush" way too much.

If you have your arbiter maxed out and have locusts, chances are you arent attacking withing 3-4 min.

Rushes are quick and early. When you are in a game for more than 5 min, its not a rush anymore lol

i also forgot to say that a good strategy in 3v3 is best in a party but have 1 of your team mates do a warthog rush then another do whatever he wants as long as its fast and he is the UNSC and once you team mates has either destroyed all the rebels forces or destroyed most then go in with a crapload of locust to finish the 3 off (i didnt actually forget, i just needed to split this into a seconded message kuz its so long! lol rofl lmao)

i can have my 6 locusts out in 4 minutes flat, build 2 Warehouses, then temple, then otha warehouse then factory, do not take a second base, do not kill rebels, take your ghost to their base and steal resources and there u go

It's an okay strategy, but only against no-rushers or quite unskilled players. It takes long time to raises, and before that you have nothing to defend, but your commander.

Depends on the map.. On maps with bonus reactors I can get 13 locusts at 7:40 and on maps without bonus reactors I can get 13 locusts at about 9:00

Yes they do, however, you can't completely eliminate someone. I'd build 5 or so hogs and go kill their reactors and Hall/Barracks. And then gtfo when help comes.

you can rush in 3v3 all you do is have two people rush one base at a time while the third guy defends the bases with some powerful units.

The beam should be on the ramp of the base, that way, it can deal damage to new units and the base.

personally, i like using the Arbiter also, i like his ability to restore his own health while attacking. Additionally, pretty much all strategies work with the Arbiter that work with Regret.

Personally I prefer the brute chieftan because, he has the most powerful leader power and his regular attack can stun units if upgraded, also he can produce brute choppers which kick warthog and ghost ass.

Nice vid! I do it a bit differently and I have about 3 Locust 5:02 into the game and you were making them at 5:10. Also this strategy is alot better in 3 v 3 I find because you have people to protect you from a rush.

Just so you know, when you wondered what unit was left behind when you destroyed the main Human base, it was the Warthog. I say this because a warthog buzzed by you base and attacked the Ghost and also because after you destroyed the main base, you went back to your base to build more locust, and a warthog can be distinctly heard.
