My dream was south Florida and moved to Boca Raton 5 yrs ago. Still here and I do love it but the reality is different than the perception. Postcards are nice. But you cant believe how expensive it is and it is a different kind of crowd than what I was used to. I was lucky enough to find a good job and a fiance who also enjoys working full time. Money isnt everything, but it sure is tough without it.
haha its really funny im from cali and just went away for college some people in other parts of the country cant see why and they want to leave for cali, well if you like expensive as hell colleges that are impacted and expensive homes then go ahead, i dont know that i'll ever move back to many stuck up old fuckers who retired there, it aint as great as advertised, oregon is the new cali in my mind
