looks fun, what they dont show you is the part where you sit in the harness shed for countless hours staring at a wall and scared to fall asleep....and not to mention...the landings haha
Its its fun to join the US RP Balikatan execises every year. we were able to jump with our fellow USMarines jumpers. I already had my gold wings since 2004.
Every jump was a thrill, I never got tired of it. Serving as a Jumpmaster was even more fun! Performing the "Outside Air Safety Checks" at 150 mph with only my grip on the door frame and my boot heels to keep me in the aircraft is something that will never be forgotten. HOO-AH! Airborne All The Way!!!
Oh my there are some spectacular exits there! I would not be suprized if there were lots of air steals and entangled parachutist's on that particular descent as they seemed to be coming out both sides at the same time. It is very impressive to watch well done Guys Airborne
actually, I think that none of the jumps are that great going out. or at least they're not "textbook." the first guy doesn't even go to a proper standby position and the rest just kind of step out. Some practically hit the side of the door as they go out.
Hi my American brothers!! Few limp exits on this, a few will have some "minor twists" to say the least. from an ex Royal Marine Commando (special forces)

I got out of the Army in August of 06, I'm glad I'm out, but I'm definately proud of being Airborne and serving in Iraq. Good-luck.

My brother was Airborne. I'll have to look up what unit he was in. He is now deceased as of 1992, diabetes got him. He was a great guy too.

OUTSTANDING! Video.
It makes me want to do it again, but actually "Jump School" was not fun. The fun is later with your unit

It's best if you don't even look, just get out the door and jump. Most guys in the video R doing this.
