  • Did enyone recognized, that LIBERA is singing? :) :) :) Best boy band in the world... search for it ;)

  • that piano from 3 mins onwards is so creepy

  • @jamesthewizard98 It gives a perfect touch of evil :)

  • Listen buddy i agree with u 100% but i believe ur supossed to say ripping "out" their hearts. Lol

  • @lontonlolo Thanks! You've saved me a lot of time.

  • this reminds me of the Jokers theme music from the Dark Knight. both very eerie, both about serial killers, very similar tones.

  • @skibree

no. theres not. girls at my dancing are doing it and the teacher tried to get it without the speaker, but she couldn't find any

  • @haroof I just love the music and I feel that his voice gets in the way of it. I like his voice fine, I just wanted an edited version as well....

  • my friends name is clarissa so i always call her clarice to make her mad.lol

  • 1 person had their brains eaten by Hannibal.

  • WHO THE HELL IS THAT ONE PERSON WHO DOESN'T LIKE THIS? I'ma eat their liver with some....well you all know how it goes<3

    .

  • They should make some sick dubstep remix of this..

  • brave clarice, you will let me know when those lambs stop screaming....won't you

  • Why the hell would you want to listen to this beautifull piece without Anthony's dialogue? It's part of the mystique. He *is* the object of fascination.

  • I think this track is not to be without Sir Anthony Hopkin's dialogue.

  • Like!? Like!? Where's the flippin’ LOVE IT Button? :o)

  • Awesome soundtrack, the beginning of the song sounded like the beginning of the Joker's theme from The Dark Knight.

  • @wcw2793 That's EXACTLY what I thought the second I heard it. Hans Zimmer's style is unmistakable.

  • are the Hannibal movies any good? I read red dragon, silence of the lambs and hannibal and i was thinking about watching the movies.

  • @ProjectZeus i would suggest reading Hannibal Rising and then watching the movies in order, but silence of the lambs and hannibal will be the best adapted from the books to film

  • @MansonNiles11 Thank you for the suggestion, i will do that!

  • @ProjectZeus The films are masterpieces in my opinion... except Hannibal Rising.

  • Janie! stay away! you are getting addicted to his voice.

  • i cant believe how hans zimmers music perfected this movie

  • Im called Clarice..

  • listen to the beggining! its the same thing as the joker soundtrack from TDK!!!!!! HOLY SHIT!!

  • This is some creapy shit. Especialy at the end with the piano and the weird voices in the back. Awesome movies, awesome soundtrack

  • @drowningbybaptism

read the books and you'll see why it got such bad critique.

  • I simply love the music, but sadly the movie itself is rather bad, compared to the books.

I think Jodie Foster was a way better Clarice than Julianne Moore. They're both great actors, but Foster just captured and portrays clarice so much better.

and the books are 1000 times better than any of the movies, only silence of the lambs comes close to the books greatness!

but hey that's just my opinion :P

  • The beginnig of the soundtrack was used in the The Dark Knight.

  • @jav1510 that would make sense, since it is the same composer as the Dark Knight

  • @40Pacino yes

  • i always wanted to know what will graham thought of lecter's escape from silence of the lambs

  • 5:38 wow!!!

  • i love the film... but i love the book more

  • Surely someone must know where the track without his voice can be acquired? Even though the voice is complementing the music, it would be nice to hear the music alone.

  • is there a track aside from this, void of hannibal's voice? If anyone is aware, please do let me know.

  • best film ever! i am only 21 and its by far the best film i hav ever seen. the music is unbelievable. i would luv 2 see a hannibal musical!!!

  • @klicklindsay

I believe there is a musical version of The silence Of The Lambs, however it's a parody.

  • I believe it is rated 18 in Spain and MA in Australia.

  • thanks :)

  • the film should have been rated PG-13.

  • @koensigg its rated 18 in germany, too

  • whats this film rated (in spain and australia)?

  • bought this in 2001 when it came out and i still watch it atleast once a week,it is as though there is 3 parts to the film so it is like watching 3 in 1 .

Fantastic film easily in my top 5 of all time

  • I just finished watching this beautiful movie for the second time, and I love it even more. I highly recommend it.

  • @ShakespeareHamlet It was so tastelessly underrated upon release. I imagine that those philistine critics must have been deaf and blind as well as stupid ignorant!

  • hans zimmer is pretty cool! i like his music! it sounds...... mystique.

  • Why were lines and scenes in the trailer cut from this wonderful movie? Can somebody please upload the deleted scenes from this film & "Hannibal Rising"?

  • @silver6kraid .....ich lach mich grad bissl tod über deine dumme aussage: ...bye newton and howard.....da will mal wieder einer mit wissen glänzen und schafft es nicht!

der mann heißt: james netwon howard.....

was lernen wir darauß: wenn dann ist es nicht newton and howard, sonder j.netwon howard....eine person, alles klar;)

  • Ta - ta...

  • the first 20 seconds was used in the dark knight! :P

  • bang on, very spotted

  • thank you

  • no, the sound is just similar, the whole soundtrack was original and composed completely by Newton and Howard.

  • This is what you call a chilling monologue.

  • Is there any way to get this without Anthony's dialogue?

  • To be honest i'm not sure. This is the only version on the CD but i'm sure someone who is good at editing audio could edit it out.

  • @skibree Why would you want to edit it out?? Very cool that they included it.

  • @skibree Yeah, it's called: Dear Clarice - Hannibal Extended Soundtrack - Hans Zimmer

  • I've always wondered what animal makes that sound at around 1:57

  • Superb!

  • Libera Libera!! I can hear them :) They're so great...everywhere!

  • I agree, the film is truly wonderful and it has a soundtrack to die for. It also stars some great actors/actresses such as 'Tony Hopkins, Ray Liotta and Julianne Moore.

  • Oh I nearly forgot about the talent of Gary Oldman as well.

  • @koensigg

Was kind of worried that you didnt mentioned him earlier mate =)

  • I much enjoyed Julianne Moore's portrayel of Clarice Starling. There is an argument, much like that of James Bond, as to who is better the new or original. Personally I thought Mrs. Moore's performance triumphed over Mrs. Foster's. Mrs. Moore is a natural red-head and wore her hair in a ponytail, other than looks she had a tough demeanor and icy emotions. This of course is just opinion and you can agree or disagree with me. Rather than Insulting Mrs. Foster I leave it to you to list her pros.

  • I would agree to an extent. I feel that Jodie Foster was more suited to the "Silence" Clarice, back when she was a bit less of a stubborn FBI agent set in her ways. Back when she was perhaps a bit more vurnerable. Whereas Moore captures the older, stronger Clarice who has found who she is and wont take any from her peers. They both have their pros and cons.

  • @Sloane67665

clarice is actually never described in the books, it just says that she is a stunning beauty.

  • @ThuridRotten Her demeanor in the book needed no explanation

  • @Sloane67665 I, actually, believe Mrs. Foster's was better. I saw Hannibal first, before I read any of the books. When I saw Silence of the Lambs, though, it just struck me that she portrayed the character better. While Julianne Moore is really good at her acting, I just feel that Mrs. Foster was better at the role.

  • ah ah.

  • Libera is here in this song

  • "Are you back on the case? If so, goody-goody..." My favourite line on the video.

  • one word for this film...WOW

  • Maybe the best movie that i've seen, and the best book that i've read. What is the name of the music when there's a little mysterious music ?(for example in the film when Clarice is running in the forest, and Hannibal spying her)

  • Simply beautiful - a mix of stunning music and a voice over from the best actors ever known. Hard to beat. Even from the USA.

  • Actually in the film, this letter is read by Hannibal with Goldenberg of BACH.. playing the piano... i prefer the film's way.

  • where can i find the movie i looked it up on google no luck i looked it up on youtube no luck can you help?

  • Apart from buying the movie there's no other legal way I can think of.

  • wait NOO omg i'm so dumb. it is the actual song. i had on another tab/window and it was loading a game and i didn't know it would go on so fast and i heard THAT music instead and i'm a dummie haha sorry.

  • is this supposed to be like getting rick rolled hahahahahaha ??
