  • Did you know that the same goes with running? Yes running outdoors! Many people run with their heels instead of using their toes and end up injuring their feet. I tried this technique actually this morning and it worked I ran more than I expected and had more endurance even though I got badly out of shape. This technique will improve my Kung Fu training as well. Good luck tricksters

  • i want to thank you man you changed my life in this tutorial,i had a ankles injury i didnt do any trick,but after i saw your video i download it.Then i started in the exercises,so know i can do the cork much better and when i land much softer..thanks man.peace
