Guys.. Anyone know which store this was and what year?
I think I was here when I was like 14 yo.. Regardless, one of the best shows I've ever seen was a free Guttermouth show at Warehouse records in Vegas '03 or so, very much resembling this show actually. Mark Adkins always messes shit up!
YEAH YEAH!!! It was Tower Records on Sahara... not Warehouse.. I've seen them a few times, and that was the best. That show got crazy man. Do you remember the security or some guys kept telling Mr. Adkins to tone it down? lol.
Is this definitely not that same show? If it isn't, it sure looks like it.. I even thought I saw people I recognized.. like the girl with armpit hair and a bandana that Mr. Adkins made fun of.. I think he even made her come on stage..
it feels wierd for me because im mexican with both mexican parents and yet...i love every form of rock there is (metal, pop (not the gay ones from disney), classic, heavy metal, country, sourthen, alternative, speed metal, heavy metal, ska, and MOST OF ALL PUNK)...and yet i just absoultly hate rap...at least what it became after 2001 then i just said fuck it...sigh thank god for punk to fill the gap THANKS GUTTERMOUTH, NOFX, RISA AGAINST, AND BIG REEL FISH, and all the other bands eva WOOT!
@sonic2000121 Why the fuck is that weird? I'm like the same thing. Except i don't really like bands like Guttermouth and Nofx. My lil bro listens to this shit. I'm more of a Siege, Skin Like Iron, Despise You type guy.
@bigpiney1000 im 20 and your my brothers age they listened when they were 15 i listened when i was 5 or 6 i went to 1st grade listening to guttermouth haha
trouble is with money and success, once the desparations gone, the fire burns out. i think kids need to be educated on how punk was in the 90s , before it was mainsteam and before all the labelling and bickering. i get sick to the stomach evertime i hear the phrase "melodic hardcore".lol..
@heroinjohn in the uk hip hop and rap is so much better than in america but most dont even get paid and the 1s who do are under paid and under rated. check out taskforce and jehst . but yeah who gives a fuck where the moneys @ u think any cunt here cares if theres money or not in punk. wake up you smack head fuck!
@heroinjohn My life isn't about money; it's about having fun and living it up. I'm not judging you for what you live for or listen to but I doubt you're in any position to judge me.
question this, ive been listenin to guttermouth, br, lagwagon, pennywise for over 15 years now.... now why in the world would you not want them to make a nice penny??? you want them to have second jobs or go on tour as much as possible?? selling out doesnt make sense to me... ya it did when i was 15 but hey i want them to make as much money as possible even if it means getting fare weather fans...
signing to epitaph is selling out?? whast not selling out?? every band sells out anyway by signing a contract, but as long as they enjoy wha tthier doing who gives a fuck? i only really consider bands who sell out drastically changing thier sound like blink182 did and offspring..as long as i dont hear them all over mtv and the radio thats not selling out to me, that why i listen to guttermouth cause they don't give a fuck, like nofx to.
and Epitaph is owned by Brett Gurewitz the guitar player from Bad Religion so its not really selling out if they sign to a lable run by punks. would it be selling out if they signed to fat wreckchords?

I remembere before they sold out and were playing bars and clubs, now look at this shit in a fucking record store. Punk gave it's last dying breath sometime in the 90's, what you got left is a bunch of pop shit, and some old-farts milking the name of they're sellout-band for every last penny. Absolutely no fun and completely un-authentic.
punk to the mainstream is pop bullshit. but i can go to a punk concert for a band thats not signed, not on the radio and actually cares about the music. when u mention punk to someone who doesnt know they blink 182, good charollete etc. but thats because they are what is mainstream. there are REAL punk bands they are just not big because no one wants to sign a real punk band. this is the media's way of beating us down.
ils seront au Québec au festival du triangle noir à st-césaire(rive-sud de Montréal) le 28 aout 2011!!!!
