I would love to see a F.R.I.E.N.D.S. movie ,but there will NEVER be one. Not because I dont want one, but because it was a LIVE AUIDIENCE, the actors said it themselves that it wouldn't be the same because you wont hear people laughing. However, on a good note, the actors said that they would do a Television special, (preferably a Thanksgiving special).

@Jay72288 Exactly, they just film it in front of a live audience. They don't have to put it in theaters, make a made for tv movie. I'd much prefer that because tv and film are so vastly different. The writers are more suited for television rather than for film. Television shows like sitcoms are more similar to theater in terms of scriptwriting process.

when friends was actually showing on television i was too young to watch it, but a couple of months ago is was watching the repeats on tv, since i watched one episode of it, i already got addicted to it. now with only 2 episodes left, i feel so bad, i don't wanna watch them because i know that there will never be a new episode waiting for me. my parents and brother don't like friends. but i don't care i love it! i'm so gonna miss it it was never just a tv show, it's a love that lasts a lifetime

@DRTB11 you know what? even though that would be so awesome, i'm afraid it will ruin the show. I think they ended the show absolutely great. Ross and Rachel are together and have Emma, Monica and Chandler have kids and a new house, and Joey and Phoebe are Joey and Phoebe :) Everyone is in a great place. So, we don't need a movie. It is up to our imaginations if we want to see where they all end up. That is why Friends was and is still the greatest show of all time :)

People shouldn't think of it as 5 years ago... but more like we've just all gone 62 months without any new episodes. It's a bigger number but it seems like less than 5 years.

I have a feeling if Friends was still on it would go downhill, because now all the characters are almost 40 and at 40 it'd suck to still live in the apartment next doors to each other.

But a movie could work, just to let us know they all live seperate lives but are all still good friends :)

Truly the greatest show of our generation. It started when I was in 6th grade and ended when I was a junior in college. Thursdays were for Friends and felt empty after it went off. I cried when the finale ended.....all my friends around me thought I was crazy. How could you not cry?

I was so sad when this show ended. I watched it from the start when I was 17 and senior in high school and hoped my life would be like that someday. In college this was the show we all played drinking games to and watched before going out and getting trashed each Thurs night and talked about on Friday. By the time the finale came around, this show had been such a fixture of my Thurs nite routine thru so many changes in my life that it was like seeing an old "friend" die. So sad. I still miss it.
