good for gaming? I use to have this laptop its only good for internet. I had to wait for a vista update to update the video driver. Its the worst video card ever. I can barely play Bioshock on it. Im glad I went back to using a desktop instead

So would this be good for playing modern 3D games at average settings? Not looking to play Crisis on max or anything but something like Call of Duty 4 on medium to semi-high settings? Also, since their website usually never says the prices of the items they show and say they are currently unavailable could somebody please tell me the price of this notebook?

Problem is, xps's are very expensive, and pointless really - you cant really move it around.

Might be able to take it round your mates or somewhere in the house, but thats it, they weigh a ton from what ive heard.

If you need something fast without being overpriced, your better off buying and building your own pc. Thats if you need it for games, or autocad style software.

It's because of the Blu-ray drive it's so expensive, isn't it an addition $500 to get a Blu-ray drive instead of a DVD drive? Sony did the same thing with the PS3.

What does the ram or harddrive space have to do with it? The fact that the resolution isn't high enough to watch a Blu-ray is why there'd be a Blu-ray burner to begin with..
