i have the same vinyl player now. could u tell me - do u need an amplifier or is it optional.and u can just plugg it in the line in ?

@l0wgravity you can just plug it in the line-in with a proper conversion cable, but i recommend to use an external amplifier , and then to connect it to your computer's line-in :)
