@theguywholaughed : No offense my friend, but how would you know Mr. Williams had Cardiomyopathy "since he was born" ? Unless there ARE ways that it can be detected, I always heard growing up that Cardiomyopathy is hard to detect. Mr. Williams died suddenly on tour, in his bunk on their tour bus on an off-tour relax day......which in-turn Mr. Williams death was un-detectible. (no offense though, @theguywholaughed)
I'm sorry, I'm not trying to make anybody mad but Fugly isn't Dave's 1st band. The earliest band I recall from earlist to latest was Crazy Jane,Terminal Threat, No Mercy,Mr Luvdog(MLD) and then Fugly(what you hear now) then they broke up or changed the name to Drowning Pool? The last time I saw him was when he was in Fugly. His final resting place is in Mckinney Tx at Turrentine Jackson Cemetery(or Funeral Home) my grandmother is buried there as well. You can hear CJane and MLD on Youtube!!
This was not Daves first band, He opened for my band Mons Venus in 1991 at On the Rocks in Dallas, and he was playing with "Crazy Jane". Not sure CJ was his first but it was way before this.
It seems like most of the acts that we know from this generation often begin in an alternative/grunge band, then start to commercialize over time.
Back in the early to mid 90's, bands like Puddle of Mudd and Lit began grunge, but transitioned into more of a pop/rock sound. Just something for you to know :)
dave was awsome... he would have made alot of awsome music if he were still around. never be another one like him. and if thats your dad "zutawur" on the guitar thats awsome too.
kirbymafia7 ur an emo stupid retard. this dont suck, and Dave Williams did not deserve to die. YOU SUCK IF YOU CALL DAVE THAT HE SUCKS! MAYBE HE SAW YOUR COMMENT FROM THE HEAVENS.
we love you and miss you, dave. i have the film from the base guys. i'll try and get it up soon. I have to crawl in a storage unit to get, but i know where it is.. love and miss y'all too... Debbie hammond, ClockWork Entertainment, CEO
