That restaurant is awful (I'm sure not when Sakai was there). But the service is terrible, which is strange for New Orleans. There are many other great restaurants nearby.

This is really interesting. Based on the "about the video" blurb I'd be curious to see further footage (if you have it) relating to the methods used to catapult New Orleans into recovery at this level.
They could've at least gotten his name right...it's "Hiroyuki" Sakai, not "Hiruki"...
Though the "allez cuisine!" was a nice touch.
