Why or how did you figure all of this out. But it's similar to me cause when i use to lag everytime i walked into Stormwind i would fall through to the ground and eventually get kicked off but i've been underground before too lmao.

There´s a place right at the left of ghostlands, In warcraft it was called Northeron like the north part of lorderon but I think blizzard never finish because theres an invisible wall that is keeping you from passing into it, If you have time try to find a way to pass...

I think they are making the instance in the world before maybe "porting" it into an instance world. This worked with Zul'gurub/aman and zul'farrak and even more dungeon before they fixed most of them.
