When it said "Blood with flow throughout the land" and then "hello america" I thought they were going to take it in an interesting direction and have the traps spread all across america with many abductions as the games caught on.....nope, instead got the worst film in the franchise with the spark of the first two films extinguished.

(Luckily 4 was a MUCH better film)

Yes... but...what makes Saw good is how with each move they show a little more of what happened. They give a bit more back story each time and build upon things you think you already know from the last movie. It's full of surprises and quite enjoyable in an age of simple killer type horror movies etc. :)
