They tell you to collect the emblem and "fight together with the sages" but they really don't do anything other than mark your progress. I wish they'd remake the game to utilize the emblems. Like enable you to equip them and add an elemental property to the sword to cut through certain barriers around the world to find heart peices or whatnot, or give enemies weaknesses to certain elements.

The Song of Time is my favorite also. I'm glad I'm not the only one! Song of Storms is definitely my second favorite, with the Bolero of Fire right behind it. :]

@gloverrandall I don't know if you mentioned this. But if you did sorry. Did you ever think the harp Sheik has a very great resemblence to the harp/lyre Link was given in Skyward Sword? One of the things it's missing is that little bird emblem thing on it.
