You know, at first the luna doll thing was rather silly to me but on the other hand, we can treat this like Cardcaptor sakura and Kero doll. I reading the wikipedia thing for this show and it said that 'the storylines are more character-based and driven, focusing on the girls' civilian lives and their connection to the past more than on action sequences'. I love this live action! And the guy who plays Mamoru is a major cutie so that's a plus ;)

@BearryHungry believe it or not this show in 2005 when it was released was the most successful live action made. They even had a on stage musical that followed for years... however the broach and everything is based on the manga not the anime. :D

@ShadowVampira They actually had a pretty good budget. It's Tokusatsu, so I'm pretty sure it's more of an homage to the cheesy style that they're famous for. But don't worry. They put a pretty creative spin on Luna later.

It's a good play on the original anime. The writers did pretty well to follow the story line almost to the letter. There's a little ad lib in here, but daijobu (it's alright). Having Luna as a plush toy was a pretty neat idea. Let's see if they throw some plot twists our way.
