I won't attempt to cross the washes...but MAN I love the monsoon season. I live for it...it's great. The smells and sounds of the desert come alive and are competely invigorating and energizing, of course, yeah....let's not cross those washes.
The stupid motorist law was put into effect because MANY people have died being washed away in flash floods here because they try to cross these washes. The narrator is RIGHT about her comment so give her a break. They call it the Stupid motorist because during the monsoons it is well advertised to NOT EVEN attempt to cross these things...yet stupid people do.
I love the stupidity of the narator. because there is no barricade they cant be charged. Meanwhile I will just stand here like a big dummy waiting for the next wall of water to take me away
