@muz469 I didn't say because of their weight (although it contributes to that term). I was on an N train that was using the Manhattan Bridge. Across the bridge, there was an R68/R68A B train (I wasn't close enough to tell the difference). The N eased along, all the while making it harder to see the slower train. Eventually, I never saw that train again (even though my train stopped).
@starchedownon84s and we have the doorchimes and the r68 and r46 you guys just have some lady saying stand clear the doors we actually have the doorchimes .

Philadelphia is better with subway cause they run faster.
