I like movies with pits: Amityville horror, The pit and the pendulum (1962 and 1990), Blake's 7 Star One (Travis falls into nuclear reactor pit), this one from 1981. Maybe more movies with pits to come :-)

Thanks for this upload. The quality is excellent. I remember owning the movie-tie-in novel back in the 80.s. It was called Teddy and it was lot darker than the movie. The boy in the book went through alot more bullying at school than what was shown here. And at the end, the girl took Teddy and it talked to her.

This film gets creepier the more I see it. Not because it's a scary Horror film, but because it comes off as the fever dream of a man who has thing about child/adult sexual relations. Seriously wondering if the filmmakers were as warped as the kid?
