But it all depends on the audience.

  • "Labile nutrient reserves"? Why didn't he just say "fat reserves"?

As I understand it, the big argument swirls over the matter of lean muscle tissue. For years now, I have been hearing the dogma tossed around as received wisdom that on "starvation" diets the body devours muscle before it burns fat. This is apparently an utter crock. The opposite is the case.

  • Hmm, perhaps the Union could also have benefited by contracting with healthy menu grease carts at their worksites?

Also, a program to teach the wives healthy home cooking? Not to mention home exercise equipment tailored to each member's situation?

Don't want to watch those gains slip away.

  • yes you can indeed exercise, although you need to take it slow

  • and can i exercise at all

  • @dabeaner12345 No, do not exercise on a water fast! All of your energy needs to go towards healing. Activity can defeat the purpose and end up causing more problems. If you don't want to give up your exercise, do not water fast. Instead, go on a juice fast/feast.

  • what about vitamins and electrolytes should i take them
