You cannot sort the pop-up order of apps when using ALT+TAB. Not possible. If you open several applications and press ALT+TAB no matter what you do you cannot adjust the order. Firefox keyboard shortcuts require extra steps just to get to where you want to go. With ENSO you eliminate over half the keystrokes it would take otherwise. The Run dialog from Win+R cannot launch applications by name, only by executable file assuming it's in the Windows predefined path.
you can switch tabs in Firefox by holding CTRL+page/down. You can also set each tabs in a specific order by left+click/hold and then move tab to the location u like.
yeah, actually you can sort it out. just try. 'cause i dunno how to explain it and in Firefox i'm sure there's a shortcut key to switch from tab to tab and with the shortcut thing you use. think about it, you have to type all that stuff just to switch a tab when you can just click twice to open Firefox and click the tab. and also, you can just push winkey+r and type the program you wanna open. why would you waste disk space with that program when you can already do almost all the stuff it can do
my favourite launchy type progs are
Find and Run Robot

what is usually left out of reviews like this is how much RAM does it use when it is running in the background? it is a resource hog..
