I've used Hoisin sauce before in a stir fry, but love the idea of a marinade for chicken. I love chicken especially on the grill! Can't wait to try this. Thanks for sharing.

@AsianCookingmadeEasy you should try hennepin from ommegang! i would imagine they would go well together! there are also alot of really good asian beers on the market. singha is a thai beer that would probably compliment it very well!!!
