  • It was a pretty good movie, cool story, very scary and the ending was just fucked up haha :D

  • lol only black people saw this movie, i wonder why?

  • Loved this movie! Was very scary but hilarious :-)

  • Terrible movie. I was cringing the whole movie it was so bad.

  • my favorite horror movie is ghotika

  • wow, sergio311, thanks for just ruining the movie for me.

  • The film was very predictable when it came to the jump scares

(the music would go silent before a jump scare occured)

  • The Unborn

  • Jump Scare: The Movie! :D

  • you have to understand the style to like it, i loved it, it was a "fun" movie

  • drag me to hell is a fantastic horror comedy when it comes to suspense and making you jump, it is a bit cheesy, but it is a perfect mix of horror and comedy. it drags on a bit on the second half of the film but this is only a small problem. The key to the horror is making the audience so disgusted with what they are seeing, and it works very well, i bought this on dvd bbefore i know how it was going to be, and am very glad with it. :)

  • This movie sucked it was more funny then it was scary.

  • @TheCookiemonsterking it's supposed to be funny...

  • made my day!!! thanks webmovietube

  • !:11 Was that a BUNNY???????

  • That movie wasn't funny. It was scary with lovable characters and above all a terrible way to go. The danger was that she wouldn't just die but she would be dragged to hell were she would tormented for ever. This combination makes a good horror movie for me. And the acting was just fine. I would give it a 9/10 for this movie.

If you haven't seen it wet go for it.

  • Here is how I shall sum up all of your questions:

Is it scary? you may ask, or, Is it funny? Well, no...it's a combination of the both. Scary+Funny= DISTURBING!!!

  • Here is how I shall sum up all of your questions:

  • Oh shut up! Alison Lohman rules and this was a good movie.

  • the gruge 3

  • That fim was more disgusting the scary as an emetophobiac I was terrified shitless but no one else was did that goat call her a whore

  • Drag me to hell is really funny!

  • @freakmetallica Some people have forgotten this style of horror after so many years and barely want any of the other genres mixed in with horror, nowadays. To them, horror = scary, comdey = funny. Never could they ever understand a horror movie with humor. And it's not just Evil Dead and Drag me To Hell that has this style. Brain Dead a.k.a. Dead Alive has this too and it really makes it work. These kind of horror flicks are only understood by those who know.

  • DRAG ME TO HELL!!!

  • Oh shut up with the facebook shit................Drag Me to Hell was good for a number of reasons. The lead was not a slut, there were no fkg scenes, no tits, no ass, no stupid teenagers pretending to be cool, just good ol jump out of your chairs fun scares. I would've preferred it to be more serious, but some people have to have humor in scary flicks. Ms. Lohman took her part seriously (not like Justin Long) and therefore, is a very good actress. She's adorable too.

  • Actually I prefer movies of the 70's, 80's and 90's. The Decade 2000-09 was very weak BUT it had decent horror films (Wrong Turn, Cabin Fever, Switchblade Romance aka High Tension, Wilderness, The Descent, Tamara, Orphan, House of Wax, Reeker, The Ruins, Splinter, Terminal Invasion, Kill Theory etc)

Drag Me To Hell was too short but still very cool film. Alison Lohman showed great acting and Lorna Raver was stunning as Sylvia Ganush.

    I really love this movie

  • Drag Me To Hell was one of the my top 10 films of 2009.

  • Why does it seem like she only ever interviews black people?

  • ok, so the modern horror movie is made up of sevral segments - hot chick - bad guy - sec scene - bad guy tries to kill hot chick - hot chick some how defies logic and kills bad guy - another sex scene - lives happily ever after. i like this movie because it's not a typical horror movie.

  • It didn't have the same gruesome hilarity as Evil Dead, or as good of a story, but still good. Would've been better if Ellen Page had been able to be in it like they planned.

  • omg i just saw this today and i saw devil last week i am defintily scared of old la dys right now!

  • Great film, I would give it an 8.5, It definitely doesnt deserve a 7.5, fuck that

  • It was really well rounded movie it even had some comedic aspects lol its hard to capture that in a horror movie. 7.5/10

  • oh my gosh it was so good but it made me have bad dreams

  • i liked the movie but it was more gross than scary for me... but still a great movie!

  • tbh it was pretty stupid but i liked it anyways one thing that bothered me was the parking lot scene SPOILER ALERT: she crashed her car twice and not once did the airbags pop out wtf?

  • diss movie scared the shit out my big brother lol

  • This movie is terrible !!! not a horror at all

  • @TheRedDash you dont get sam raimi

  • @FearTheTristen

its not about getting , he just made a shitty movie out of know where so terrible , a talking goat ? terrible Graphics ? Bastard dancing on the table ? its a joke!

  • Yeez, can't believe I watched this entire video. Waste of time.

  • I take it that Ellen Page's scheduling conflict had something to do with Inception right?

  • y does she talk in such a cheezy voice????

  • @spoon1457 thats the point

  • I Loved this movie! it was funny, scary and a really enjoyable to watch, and i like that its not your average slasher horror its a different type of horror movie.

  • very stupid movie very unreal

  • @kangaroo52100 Its a horror movie about demons! Its meant to be unreal.

  • @kangaroo52100 unreal ? are u sure ?

  • My friends and I went to see this movie to the theatre. You HAVe to watch it witht he right audience, otherwise it comes out as lame. XD Most of the time we were "ugh... " "eeky..." • in 2009 i liked the paranormal activity...

  • here kitty kitty kitty kitty...gotta love that part

  • I GIVE THIS MOVIE A TOTAL RASPBERRY! 3 THUMBS DOWN!

JUST AWFUL! I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T PAY FOR IT!

    I GIVE THE MOVIE A TOTAL MINUS 8 !!!

  • what the fuck is this?

fake blonde whore decides to interview only niggers?

  • @TheTerminator97 You hate it dont you, you dead skinned, pink, cracker mother fucker!!

  • Drag me to hell was a bad executed idea...

  • drag me to hell has the potential to be as retarded as birdemic

  • 1:14 they are look alike.

  • 1. Demons 1985 2. Evil dead 2 3. Dead alive// But this was the best horror of 09.

  • alot of people hated house of a thousand corpses, but i loved it... as well as this!! I guess people just don't know true horror.

  • i hate that women

  • the girl who made the movie that she is dissing looks like her TWIN! I mean look in the mirror man!

  • Friend told me that you can watch c the movie online @ MOOV ZON . COM Google the above link

  • really her fav movie is my bloody valintine wow this girl needs to go jump off a fucking bridge.

  • th1s m0vie Is now available b @ MOOV ZON,COM search the above link on google

  • This is My Best Picture 2009

  • Must see for Raimi fans both scary and hilarious.

  • Just watched it free at moviebuster. org and all I can say is wow lol

  • this movie was so bad...how can anyone like it?

I couldnt watch the goat part and take it seriously....it was worse than paranormal activity for downright crappyness.

  • @jonojo i have to agree wid u. the acting was crappy and the story line was bland and boring.

the scary movie films are better

  • your seriouse this movie isnt bad. i agree with u for paranormal activity that shit was some bullshit.

  • What? It was hilarious.

  • im kinda glad she got draged to hell because if she beat the lamnia thing then this movie would of been generic ,

  • @sergio311 i agree with you if she beat lamia that would suck

  • @sergio311

fuckin faggot u just spoiled it fuck you

  • @woodyfly why in the heck are you even watching the review in the first place, idiots of the internet FTW !

  • @sergio311

    FUCK YOUUUU SPOILER PRICK

  • @woodyfly Yeah thanks a lot now I know definately what happens. What is it with spoiler alert also rans??! :(

  • my fav horror movie of 09?

    drag me to hell

    and friday the 13th

  • I loved this moviee, but god that woman has an annoying voice.

  • @PleaseSupportMiley disagreed!

  • This movie is my favorite film of 2009 so far.

  • I loved Drag Me to Hell! Raimi's signature mix of the occult, horror, and campy violence was a breath of fresh air. I also liked the simple, almost fairy tale quality of the plot. It's good to go the classic route after years of tortute movies.

  • so can someone tell me... was it meant to be funny?

  • @trappedteen lol no but i thaught it was too the onli scary bit is the bit where the women is in the bed and it makes u jump lol

  • DRAG ME TO HELL RRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSs

  • She sounds retarded bahahaha

  • This movie had what almost every modern horror movie lacks these days. And that is a good, coherent plot. If I had a Chuck E. Cheese ticket for every horror movie ruined by a ridiculous, convoluted plot, then I'd be able to buy every piece of crap at the prize counter. Sam should be praised for this!

  • either sorority row or haunting in conneticut

i just laughed at this movie

    goin to paranormal activity soon

  • paranormal activity was bad not even scary and its all hype pretty boring blair witch, quarantine, & cloverfied shit on it...

  • REC. Quarantine is the horrif copy.

  • this movie was like evil dead and was pretty scary too. I loved the end.

  • Friday the 13th ''better that'' Drag me to Hell?? OHMYGOD!! where do you get this people?? and why do they all look kinda homeless?? :P

This movie was just GREAT! better that bloody 3d, the haunting in.. the unborn..and soo many bad horror movies that we had this year..

  • Yeah!!! Absolutely agree with you!

  • I liked this movie actually, I think one shouldn't expect the grudge those creepy ghost horror movie. This is more like in your face just like evil dead. Btw is the girl doing the interview and all the same girl who plays the protagonist's aunt in Vampire Diaries.

  • the ending caught me off gaurd i felt bad for her

  • Same

  • hahahahaaha this movie sucks and you know that!!

  • I wasn't aware it was a comedy as well, i watched it first time and said this is horrible as a horror film but pretty damn funny, i loved the whore goat

  • The only REASON this movie scared me was because of my church teacher o.O...he was like. if you do bad youll burn in hell forever. and youll feel everything and never die. i was only like 8 years old and ever scince then hell has been the scariest thing ive ever heard of

  • I don't know if it's a bad movie or not...it's just not my genre, I guess^^

  • This movie was so good. The people who hated it just don't understand Raimi's style of horror. Maybe the most hilarious movie of the year too.

  • @coneric Well I am stunned to see someone who know why people would NOT like a movie, is there a school for that? I know Sam's movies very well & I would rate this as one of the all time worst I have seen. My friends agree.

  • @coneric Agree 100% It was like revisiting Evil Dead 2, which is one of my all time favorite movies. This film and Crank 2 are not comedies, but I thought they were the funniest films of 2009... with the exceptions of Zombieland and Hangover, of course.

  • @coneric It was a great film. Some moments i was pissing my self laughing and other moments i was scared :D.

  • @coneric No if you didnt like it then thats completley normal I wouldnt everybody to love my favorite music and my favorite movies.

Really. You cant say "you dont understand his style of horror" that does not dismiss

  • @coneric yes, sometimes it is funny but not the first time i saw it!! i got scared

  • This was a terrible movie and I LOVE Horror movies. Just...terrible. Justin Long made it somewhat bearable

  • Is a RETARD MOVIE, the most worst and dumbest movie ever seen! :{

  • Not as retarded as your grammar skills.

  • The girl in the read role did great.

  • Possibly the worst movie in the history of motion pictures.

  • It's rather fun movie)))

  • i found the lead roll was realy good in this movie

  • I love Raimi horror! It's such a shame many people don't appreciate it enough. Mrs. Ganush's staples, innocent kitties and LAMIA!!! ROFL. Drag me to hell was one of the best movie experiences of late.

  • shit movie

  • So far, my favorite horror film of the year besides Drag Me to Hell is the remake of Friday the 13th. It was basically everything the original should've been; a maniac killing stereotypical teenagers.... and making it believable. The kills in the original looked fake, but in the remake, it really looks like they're dying and bleeding.

As for Drag Me to Hell, it's my favorite film of the year; better than District 9.

  • Friday 13 was sooooooooooooo boring

  • I agree negro

  • just watched this yesterday

    great film :)

  • My favorite horror movie of 2009 is Drag Me To Hell.

  • @coralinefj My favorite horror movie of 2009 was "The Bodyguard"

Really? Kind Leonides has to catch Jennifer Aniston? Negro Please

  • this movie was good till the end but the grossness was perfect i only watched the unrated version

  • i know. i cant believed this movie was released. it is the most rediculous thing ive ever seen.

  • Sorority Row, Uninvited, Friday the 13th, Saw VI? You guys need to go back a few decades when horror was at its prime. You can't watch this film with the shitty horror remake mentality you obviously have.

  • My favorite of 2009 is "the uninvited" but i guess "saw 6" will be better

  • Slightly better than the Friday the Thirteenth remake? Come on bro, that shit was hoooorible. Yes this movie was cheesy and predictable, but when done right, thats not necessarily a bad thing.

  • I'm so glad that Allison Lohman got the part. I'm not sure Ellen would have been as effective. I'm sure that the comedy would be much greater with her, but Lohman added a nice touch to the film.

  • 1:13 they are almost identical...

  • nice review. the viewers got it right on. It wasn't bad, pretty creepy, yes the old woman was gross. I give it a 6. I think the one I "enjoyed" the most this year was the uninvited.

  • People need to stop classifying this movie as a horror... its more of a comedy =D

  • Lol yea I guess. A parody perhaps. Although I didnt like it either way :P

  • yeah pretty gross lol

  • !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • This movie really does suck ass. Id give it a 2/10, I reserve the 1 for ghosts of mars which is the worst movie ever made.

Thing is, just because you shove 87 jumpscenes into a movie and really gross moments with blood and mucus doesnt make it fucking scary. The acters sucked, the story sucked, the ending was predictable 40 minutes before the ending.

  • You have to not see it as a horror movie... Its more like a comedy haha

  • my favorite horror movie is sorority row, i would say jennifers body but i dont really consider it a horror film

  • why do i care what a bunch of black idiots think

  • this movie was pretty bad, also halarious

  • Don't listen to this crap, any fan of horror movies will love this movie. I guarantee it.

  • Yesterday I watched th movie and it was kida (really) scary. I almost jumped 2 meters high at the part when something came in her house (first time when the thing came through the window). I had to laugh at the part when her nose is bleeding. But it kinda is a good horror movie and you are right that gipsy is so gross. I think it is a good horror movie.

  • Happy Birthday Alison Lohman!

  • heey i kinda like you now, cool videos (yeah like you were worried)

  • My favourite 2009 horror movie is Orphan

  • Comment removed

  • shes cute.

  • the end was so epic i knew she took the wrong envelope at the car xD!

  • hahahaha! idiot boyfriend right?,

    poor christine!

  • it was a pretty good movie and i enjoyed it but i hated the end ! i know that scary movies aren't supposed to have a happy end but this movie had a chance to have a GREAT HAPPY END but unforuntly CHOOSE the freaking scary one

  • yeah it was sad

as soon as it ended i was like "well that was fucked" :(

  • i thought it was really good cause there was no "mystery" to solve and no little freacky kid in it (so stupid these days). It was just a really good horror flick....MUCH better than halloween 2 (which suked @ss BTW)....drag me to hell...best one this summer!!!

  • if rami did this with a orginal movie evil dead 4 will be badass!

  • The Uninvited is the best horror movie of 2009. The ending is really really creepy and it has a good story unlike other horror films. I just saw Drag Me To Hell and I also find it very good.

  • The Uninvited is a very mediocre re-make of A Tale of Two Sisters, which is a very scary very well crafted film.

  • i would give it a 6/10 too. It was an average movie. It had some parts when I actually thought it's a good movie but it was so obvious when they put the button in the envelope that she will misplace it with the coin so I was just thinking for 20 minutes: WHY THE HELL do I have to see her struggle to give a coin to somebody else or back to the gypsy lady?? When her boyfriend has the real button. And the ending totally screwed up everything.

  • do you keep an anvil in your bathtub ?

  • Is it just me, or is Drag Me to Hell....slightly disturbing? It was great, but It was creepy. lol

  • my bloodily valentine had good 3d effects but it was nothing compared to the ordinal with was better in my opinion . i rather like drag me to hell it had the great balance of everything that goes to movies.

  • come on dudee... you would die to have the talent and looks of alison lohman, who does an exelent job in this movie. Your just a typical girl bashing another girl because she is better than you. BTW your show sucks and you are anoying.

  • Friday the 13th sucked

  • Haunting In Connecticut is very creepy and gross, dont forget jumpy, but i do prefer Drag Me To Hell, bcoz christ i jumped !

  • I totally agree... Drag me to hell was great and grossed me out.

  • 92% of reviewers agree with you.

  • Friday the 13th

  • very nice movie ! back to 80's style

  • nice

  • Drag Me to Hell is the only film to come out this year so far that I can call a masterpiece, though Knowing does come pretty close (yeah, I love Knowing; sue me). I don't recall any funny parts, but the scary parts are thrilling, and I can feel the characters' emotions. It's my absolute favorite of the year, let alone a horror film.

  • DRAG ME TO HELL!

    Friday the 13th SUCKS!

  • Yah bcuz drag me to hell wasnt scary and friday the 13th was. thats y u dont like friday the 13th

  • True.. True..

It wasnt scary.. its was just sick

    :P

  • THE UNINVITED! :)

  • loved the ending but nothing reaches drag me to hell so far.

  • friday the 13th

  • i liked friday the 13th and my bloody valentine equally.

  • i watched dis movie i got scared haha

  • Guys, THIS or The haunting in Connecticut??

  • Haunting
