@MegaToogoodforu andrew used to be in CLG, he told me that Hotshot was only good with Nid and pretty much crap with other champions. That's why he picked up cho so can be useful for the team besides playing nid. Hotshot is the king of farming, but sometimes it just isn't great if all he does is farm top solo and isn't useful for the team early and mid game. Until late or mid game, hotshot is literally all about farms, and he's not a very adaptive player.

i think its all about counter picks. kassadin has the best gap-closer in the game. against nidas jump, caitlyns net or trundle pillar it is too good and a silence against morgana is always comfortable :D
