I find it appauling that we continue to segregate ourselves based on such trivial things as the color of our skin, is it not within their ideals that one American is adopting a young American in need of love? a child with a good parent can not be determined by race, I'll forward this because i find it to be an actual issue, this also creates an issue with taxdollars going to taking care of kids when they could have a good private home
