Great advice. I find Constipation Advice UK another great source. Both my Daughters experienced constipation at some point and prune juice was a great alternative to medicine. Not the nicest to drink but my kids don't seem to mind it.

My kids also like Juice Plus and this have helped them a lot, I searched before and doctors also recommend it so I feel comfortable about it

Hey my kids use Juice Plus Fiber. IT actually tastes like juice, not gritty like other fiber drinks, so they like it and it's really helped them with their constipation. Now if only I can get them to eat food that has fiber in it!
