Instructional: MMA: double leg takedown with arm bar

Not quite a double leg take down, but grabbing the waste will also work well if you are adjusting for the guillotine they will try to counter with soon after. If you shoot a classic wrestler style double leg nice and low, quick as you can, and turn with it, then stop short and let the opponent recoil back, it also works well and makes it tough for them to stay high enough on your head for the guillotine.

Very nice, I use the single leg knee pick.

I've seen Randy Couture use & this will mix perfect with that, for a "street safe" variation.
