Technology was shit then though, right now I could walk outside, video them, cut the video inside, and it would look and sound 1000 times better than this because the technology is cheap now. I'm sure then it was $20 to rent a camera, and they cut it themselves. The plus side is you could do it better basically for free now.

I LOVE this song!!! Way to give my seasonal depression a kick in the balls. I can actually rememeber the first time I heard "the new Gories record" & of course I didn't know it was a cover for some time untill good old Ralf Valdez told me so...

If you've not heard the Machine version, it's worth mentioning that "...where all the upper class people stay" is changed from "...with no blacks, no Jews & no gays", though Mick sang the latter live.
